This is how the design process for your ring works (including a real customer example)
1) Your consultation appointment - digital & convenient from anywhere
In an initial consultation, we'll gather your ideas and discuss the feasibility of your wishes! Feel free to send us some details beforehand, such as pictures or drawings of your dream ring. If you already know which alloy (14k or 18k yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, platinum), ring size, or type of stone you prefer, please let us know. Of course, you don't need to have everything decided yet – we'll guide and advise you with heart and expertise on your journey to finding your perfect engagement ring, and together we'll discover what suits you best.

2) Research & non-binding price quote
Based on your wishes, we will create a personalized price quote – completely non-binding and transparent. Several factors play a role: the chosen type of stone (e.g., man-made diamond or colored gemstone), the carat weight, the complexity of the design, the desired alloy (14k, 18k, platinum), and of course, the current gold price.
Sometimes we start by searching for the perfect stone or carefully examining the technical feasibility of a particular design. If you wish, we'll gladly calculate several variations for you – until everything is just right and you can say: "Yes, that's my ring."
3) Start of the design & completion of your ring
Once you're ready and we've finalized all the details, we'll begin creating your personal diamond ring. With genuine care, a trained eye for detail, and years of expertise, we'll guide you through every step! We'll create an initial 3D design (approximately 1-2 weeks) and send you regular updates. We're happy to incorporate any changes you may have – until every detail is perfect and you feel completely at ease with it.
If you wish, we can also create a physical wax model (resin). This allows you to examine the shape and proportions in person before the ring is finally cast. Once everything is perfect, our workshop begins production: casting in your chosen alloy, setting, finishing – and, if desired, we can also personalize your piece with an individual engraving.
4) Your one-of-a-kind engagement ring: lovingly packaged and ready for the big moment!
Your piece of jewelry will be finished in approximately 6-8 weeks and ready to shine on your loved one's hand! We'll keep you informed and discuss the best shipping time for you. Because we know: The perfect moment requires good timing.
We ship our high-quality jewelry using UPS Secure Transport – safe, insured, and with personal delivery. Your package must only be accepted by you or an authorized person to ensure the ring reaches the right hands. For this reason, we never ship unannounced, but always with prior arrangement and care.
Your engagement ring will be lovingly packaged by us in an elegant jewelry box in delicate lilac – perfectly decorated for your proposal. We will also include all relevant certificates.
And then comes the most beautiful moment: you give the ring to your loved one! Often we get to share in this special moment through a photo or a message. These are the stories that make our hearts beat faster!
