Order

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, after you have submitted your order, changes are no longer possible. If you no longer want an item, you can simply send it back to us. If you would like to order another item, please place a new order.

Can I track my order?

Of course! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification and will be able to track your package with the tracking number.

Is registration necessary to order?

No, no registration is necessary. You can choose whether you want to order as a guest or set up an account. There you can, for example, create wish lists or see an overview of your orders.

What payment options are offered?

At www.deardarling.berlin you can use the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro), Amazon Pay, Google Pay, debit card, invoice and instant payment with Klarna.

Simply select your desired payment method at checkout when completing your order.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, you are welcome to pay by invoice. To do this, simply select purchase on account during the ordering process Klarna out. You only pay after receiving your shipment.

How much are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping DHL (Germany): 2-3 working days, free of charge for orders over €100 , shipping costs for orders under €100 are €4.90

Express shipping UPS (Germany): 1-2 working days, 15€

Standard shipping DHL (3-6 working days) to Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy: €7.90

CO2 neutral & insured shipping with DHL GoGreen. You can easily register returns online using our returns portal . The return costs are €4.90.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping within Germany (standard DHL) usually takes approx. 2-3 working days.

Express orders (UPS) within Germany usually take 1-2 working days.

International orders take approximately 3-6 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email and can track the shipment at any time.

Which countries do you ship to?

Shipping is possible to:

Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, Luxembourg, Italy (except Livigno, Vatican City, San Marino), Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Ireland, Portugal (except Madeira, Azores), Croatia , Latvia, Finland (except Äland), Hungary, Lithuania, Estonia, Bulgaria, Greece (except Athos), Sweden, Romania, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic.

Can I track my package?

Of course! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification and will be able to track your package with the tracking number.

My shipment is missing - what can I do?

Your package has been verifiably sent but has not yet arrived after the specified shipping time? We're sorry! Please contact our customer service using the contact form or write to us at support@deardarling.berlin and we will do our best to help you as quickly as possible.

Return & Refund

How do I return an item?

We didn't quite suit your taste? No problem! To return one or more items, you can easily request your return label online in our returns portal at https://deardarling-berlin.returnsportal.online/ (no printer required).

All you need is your order number and your email address , which you provided when ordering. Please briefly state the reason for your return and pack the desired items securely. You can either print out the return label and stick it on the shipping box or have a QR code sent to you digitally , which you can use to hand in your return at any DHL branch or a DHL parcel shop (no printer necessary).

Please keep your proof of shipping safe until we confirm receipt of your return.

After checking the returned items, we will refund you the purchase amount within 14 working days to the payment method you used when purchasing.

How much does the return cost?

You can easily register your return online using our returns portal . The return costs are €4.90.

We ask you to place your order carefully so that there are as few returns as possible. If you have any questions about us or our products in advance, we would be very happy if you wrote to us using the contact form or by email to hallo@deardarling.berlin.

If you don't like something in your order or it doesn't fit, you can of course send it back to us within 30 days of receipt .

The return costs outside of Germany may vary and are to be borne by you yourself.

If you pay with PayPal, PayPal will cover your return costs up to 12 times a year. You can find more information about this here .

How long does my return policy last?

You have 30 days from receiving the goods to return your items. Please note that we can only take back unworn items in their original packaging.

When and how will the refund be made?

After checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used when purchasing within 14 working days.

If you paid with Klarna, please remember to pause your invoice to avoid possible reminder fees. As soon as we receive your return, we will update the invoice amount or refund the total amount if you have sent all items in your order back to us.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot currently offer you free returns. We charge a fee of €4.90 for returns.

How do I receive my returns label?

You can easily register your return online in our returns portal . Please enter your order number and your email address that you provided when ordering in order to receive the return label (for printing or digitally as a QR code).

Vouchers & Offers

How can I redeem a discount code?

You can enter your discount code in the last step of the order. Your discount will then be applied directly to your shopping cart.

My discount code doesn't work. What can I do?

If your promo code doesn't work, please check the validity and redemption conditions again first. If it still doesn't work, you can contact our customer service using the contact form or directly at support@deardarling.berlin. We are glad to help you!

Can a gift voucher expire?

No, your voucher is valid indefinitely.

Can a gift voucher be used more than once?

Yes, as long as there is still credit left on the gift card.
