Germany (2-3 working days standard, 1-2 working days express)

Standard shipping with DHL within Germany is free for orders over €100 . For orders under €100 the shipping costs are €4.90 . Shipping is insured and CO2 neutral with DHL GoGreen. You can track your shipment at any time.

Express shipping (UPS, 1-2 working days): 15€

Austria (3-5 business days standard)

Standard shipping with DHL GoGreen: €7.90

International EU (3-5 business days standard)

Return costs (within Germany)

We ask you to place your order carefully so that there are as few returns as possible. If you have any questions about us or our products in advance, we would be very happy if you wrote to us using the contact form or by email to

If you don't like something in your order or it doesn't fit, you can of course send it back to us within 30 days of receipt . For sustainability reasons, we do not offer free returns. Our one-off return costs of €4.90 (within Germany) will automatically be deducted from your return.

How does the return process work?

To return one or more items, you can easily request your return label online in our returns portal at .

All you need is your order number and your email address that you provided with your order. Please briefly state the reason for your return and pack the desired items securely. You can either print out the return label and stick it on the shipping box or have a QR code sent to you digitally , which you can use to hand in your return at any DHL branch or a DHL parcel shop (no printer necessary).

Please keep your proof of shipping safe until we confirm receipt of your return.

After checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used when purchasing within 14 working days.

Returns without a returns portal or outside of Germany

For returns outside of Germany or if you have difficulties with our returns portal, we ask you to frank a label yourself and send your return to the following address:

Information about our returns policy

Return policy

As a small family business, we always want to offer you the best possible service. By adhering to our returns policy, you support our team in their daily work. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time before placing your order.

1) Please note that a refund of the purchase amount is only possible within 30 days if the goods are in their original condition with label. After 30 days and/or for goods without a label, a refund of the purchase price is excluded.

2) If you make your return without our returns portal with a self-franked label, please only send your return to the address above (Wideystraße 58, 58452 Witten) and not to our office in Berlin. For returns sent to our office in error, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of €5 as we cannot process the return as standard.

3) If we receive a return after 30 days and a refund is no longer possible, we reserve the right to send the goods back to the sender at their expense (approx. €5).


1) Before we ship your order, we check each piece of jewelry again for quality and integrity. If you still receive a defective piece of jewelry, we will of course exchange it for a new and flawless piece of jewelry free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt at or via our contact form.

2) If a product has a defect within the first 6 months after purchase that was already present at the time of purchase and that is not due to your own fault or natural wear and tear, there is the option of receiving a replacement product. Our customer service will be happy to examine your request individually. We reserve the right to have the piece of jewelry inspected live by an expert.

3) To ensure that your jewelry stays shiny and beautiful for as long as possible, we have put together somehelpful care tips for you here. Our 925 sterling silver jewelry is excluded from claims after 6 months. Possible discoloration or product defects after this time are usually due to natural wear and tear.
