In our collection, you'll already find many lovingly designed ring styles: from simple solitaire engagement rings to real statement pieces with diamonds and gemstones.

How your personal design is created
1. Idea Generation & Consultation
Contact us easily via the contact form, by email, via WhatsApp, or schedule an appointment for our digital consultation. No matter if you already have a clear idea of your piece of jewelry or are just starting out: we look forward to your ideas! Feel free to share inspiration pictures with us.
2. Non-binding Price Quote
Based on your wishes and ideas, we check what can be implemented and fits your budget. If your design is to be refined with stones, we will already look for suitable options to give you the best possible price quote for your finished piece of jewelry.
3. 3D Design & Refinement
After your approval, we develop a detailed CAD design (3D). You will receive various views of your piece of jewelry and can submit change requests at any time until everything meets your expectations.
4. Wax Model (optional)
Upon request, we can create a wax model of the 3D design for you. This allows you to experience and hold your piece of jewelry in its final form in advance.
5. Handcrafted in Germany
As soon as all the details of your jewelry piece are coordinated, we begin with its creation! Your ring will be lovingly handcrafted in Germany from recycled gold. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Materials & Manufacturing
Our customizable gold rings are responsibly crafted in a family manufactory in Pforzheim, Germany. We are very proud to have this partner by our side, who has stood for the highest jewelry quality for over 100 years - 100% Made in Germany.
For your piece of jewelry, we use recycled gold (Urban Mining - learn more here), which we source locally and restore to its former glory with masterful craftsmanship!
You can wear our 585 and 750 gold jewelry 24/7 in your daily life - it will not tarnish or lose its color. A real advantage of pure gold!
Responsible & fair gemstones
Beauty shouldn't just shine from the outside! That's why we use responsibly and ethically sourced gemstones from German dealers for our collection of Personalized Rings. We can trace some of these sparkling unique pieces right back to their origin. With your jewelry, you support small, owner-managed businesses, sustainable jewelry production, and the mine-to-market principle.
In this process, the gemstones are mined, cut directly in their country of origin, and then offered through only one dealer, instead of passing through opaque and long supply chains and countless intermediaries. This leads to more transparency, fair payment for local people, and a safe working environment. You can find more information about the concept here.

Shipping & Delivery Time
Each ring is lovingly handcrafted individually according to your wishes. Our goldsmiths in Germany need approximately 4-6 weeks for this production.
As soon as your new shining piece is ready, we will send it sufficiently insured with a value courier or UPS to your delivery address. We will be happy to inform you by email a few days before shipping.
We ship in an anonymous outer carton with the sender "Lisa Zaiser". This way, we can ensure that the content remains undetected and that your package reaches you safely. Upon request, we can also pack your piece of jewelry in an engagement ring box or gift packaging.
Shipping costs
Insured shipping with UPS or value courier (depending on value) within Germany is free of charge.
We are also happy to ship to other EU countries (approx. €20). Simply contact us directly by email or using the contact form.

Shipping with UPS within Germany: approx. 2-3 business days
Shipping with UPS outside Germany (EU countries) approx. 3-7 business days)
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that your ring is custom-made. Returns or exchanges are therefore generally excluded. We will be happy to advise you in detail beforehand and guide you in designing your dream ring.
Adjusting the ring size is of course possible at any time through us (service approx. €60) or quickly at a local jeweler.
Care instructions
Our customizable rings are made to last forever! True heirlooms, so to speak. That's why they are 100% handcrafted in Germany with the highest quality standards.
Gold does not fade or tarnish. This means you can wear your jewelry around the clock and for any occasion.
However, what we wear daily will naturally show signs of wear and tear over time, especially if we often and gladly adorn ourselves with it. It is therefore worthwhile to clean your jewel now and then (conventional dish soap & warm water is sufficient) and to treat it with care.

We are particularly proud to be one of only a few companies to offer you fair, traceable gemstones for your jewelry.
We source them from trusted partners in Germany who deliver the stones to us directly from mines in Madagascar, Sri Lanka or Brazil via a short, transparent supply route.
