Try & Love: Your free wedding ring rental set for home

Our wedding rings are responsibly crafted in Germany using recycled gold and certified* lab-grown diamonds . We collaborate with two family-run businesses in Pforzheim and our expert diamond setter, Lena, who lovingly and expertly sets each diamond in your ring.

We source our recycled gold locally from Germany (urban mining, more information here ) and restore its brilliance with masterful craftsmanship! Our lab-grown diamonds are sourced through our German partner DIAVON – these handcrafted diamonds are grown carbon-neutrally in the USA and cut in India (like 95% of all diamonds worldwide). We can trace them completely.

*For lab-grown diamonds of 0.30ct or more, you will receive an official IGI certificate for your stone (certificates are generally not issued for very small setting stones and diamonds under 0.30ct). We also issue a separate certificate of authenticity for each ring, confirming its quality and the materials used.

Lab-grown diamonds are synthetic, genuine diamonds with the exact same properties and appearance as natural diamonds. Even experts can't distinguish them with the naked eye, making them a wonderful choice for engagement rings! We've summarized why you should choose them in our blog post.

To classify a diamond and determine its value, one considers the 4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat (weight). This applies equally to natural and lab-grown diamonds.

For our timeless, elegant designs, we select precious lab-grown diamonds (synthetic diamonds) of the highest quality. You will find the individual quality characteristics of each piece of jewelry in the product description.

You will receive a certificate of authenticity from us for every piece of jewelry, confirming the origin of your piece.

For our lab-grown diamonds (synthetic diamonds grown in the lab) from 0.30ct upwards, you will also receive an official IGI certificate. Rings with pavé settings or eternity rings with many small diamonds will receive a certificate issued by us, as certificates are generally not issued for very small stones. We source all our lab-grown diamonds from the same trusted source in Germany.

Each ring is lovingly handcrafted individually according to your wishes. Our goldsmiths in Germany require approximately 4-6 weeks for this process.

Once your new masterpiece is ready, we'll ship it fully insured via a secure courier service specializing in jewelers, using UPS Express. We'll gladly inform you a few days before shipping via email. If you'd like a different delivery address, please let us know during checkout or by email.

We ship in an anonymous outer box with the sender "Lisa Zaiser". This ensures that the contents remain undetected and your package reaches you safely.

Shipping costs:

Insured shipping with UPS Express courier is free within Germany.

We also ship to EU countries (approx. €20). Simply contact us via email or the contact form.

Delivery times:

Shipping with UPS Express within Germany: approx. 1-3 business days

Shipping with UPS Standard outside of Germany (EU countries) takes approximately 3-7 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that your ring will be custom-made. Returns or exchanges are therefore generally not possible. We are happy to advise you in detail beforehand and assist you in designing your dream ring.

We can of course adjust the ring size at any time (service approx. €60) or you can have it done quickly at a local jeweler.

Our engagement rings are made to last a lifetime! They're true heirlooms. That's why they're crafted to the highest quality standards, 100% in Germany by master craftsmen.

Gold does not fade or discolor. This means you can wear your jewelry around the clock and for any occasion.

Things we wear every day naturally show signs of wear over time, especially if we wear them often and with pleasure. Diamonds, in particular, are susceptible to dust, small skin flakes, or oil. It's therefore worthwhile to clean your jewel from time to time (conventional dish soap and warm water are sufficient) and treat it with care.

There are several ways to determine ring size. The easiest way is if your partner already wears or owns rings.

When measuring, make sure the ring is worn on the 'correct' finger. Traditionally, the engagement ring is worn on the left hand – but we think you can define your own tradition and wear the ring wherever you like!

We also offer you the option of ordering our ring sizer and determining the ring size together.

Our tip: It's become very popular for couples to choose their engagement ring together. This way, your loved one can select the perfect ring according to her own style and taste, and is guaranteed to be happy with it for a lifetime!
