Our real gold jewelry is responsibly manufactured in Germany and Spain with a lot of love for the craftsmanship. Gold is a durable, dimensionally stable material and a valuable natural resource that we want to protect. Furthermore, it is important to us that you enjoy your jewelry for a long time and that it accompanies you brilliantly on your journey.

That's why we give you a full 24 month (2 year) guarantee on your real gold jewelry. The guarantee period begins from the time of delivery.

We guarantee the authenticity of the jewelry - each piece of jewelry is therefore stamped with a small stamp (585).

Notes on the guarantee conditions

We will repair or replace your piece of jewelry free of charge within the first 12 months of purchase.

Material defects or workmanship errors are covered, such as a broken clasp, loose stones, open eyelets or a broken chain.

After the 12 months, defects due to normal wear and tear may no longer be covered by the warranty. You are welcome to send us a short message to support@deardarling.berlin with your request and a few photos. We will check your repair request and get back to you as soon as possible with feedback.

Repair in case of warranty

Please send us a short message to support@deardarling.berlin. We will check your request and send you a free return label for the shipment. Please note that we examine each piece of jewelry again together with our trusted goldsmith. If a repair is not possible or disproportionate, we will replace the piece of jewelry with an equivalent one free of charge. The average processing time is approx. 3-4 weeks.

Please note the exceptions to the guarantee period: natural wear and tear, improper handling, loss or theft of the piece of jewelry or parts of it, size adjustments if the jewelry has been changed or processed in any way by third parties, damage from impacts or falls, accidents, wear and tear, individual wear parts.

Shipping costs outside of warranty

If your repair request is no longer covered by the warranty, we ask you to pay the shipping costs yourself.

Note : Regardless of this guarantee, you are of course also entitled to all rights under the statutory warranty. These are not limited by the guarantee.
