Materials & Manufacturing
Our personalized gold necklaces are responsibly crafted in a family-run workshop in Pforzheim, Germany. We are very proud to have this partner, who has stood for the highest quality jewelry for over 100 years – 100% Made in Germany.
For your piece of jewelry, we use recycled gold (urban mining, more information here ), which we source locally and restore to its former glory with masterful craftsmanship!
You can wear our jewelry made of 585 and 750 gold 24/7 in your everyday life – it won't tarnish or lose its color. A real advantage of pure gold!
Responsible & fair gemstones
Beauty shouldn't just shine on the outside! That's why we use responsibly and fairly sourced gemstones from German dealers for our collection of personalized necklaces. We can trace these sparkling, unique pieces all the way back to their origin. With your purchase, you support small, owner-operated businesses, sustainable jewelry production, and the mine-to-market principle.
Here, the gemstones are mined, cut, and polished directly in their country of origin, and then offered through a single retailer, instead of traveling through opaque and lengthy supply chains and countless intermediaries. This leads to greater transparency, fair wages for local workers, and a safer working environment. You can find more information about the concept here.

Shipping & Delivery Time
Each necklace is lovingly handcrafted individually according to your wishes. Our goldsmiths in Germany require approximately 4-6 weeks for this process.
As soon as your new masterpiece is finished, we will ship it fully insured via a secure courier or UPS to your delivery address. We will gladly inform you a few days before shipping via email.
We ship in an anonymous outer box with the sender listed as "Lisa Zaiser". This ensures that the contents remain undisclosed and your package reaches you safely. We are also happy to gift-wrap your jewelry upon request.
Shipping costs:
Insured shipping via UPS or secure courier (depending on value) within Germany is free of charge.
We also ship to other EU countries (approx. €20). Simply contact us via email or the contact form.
Delivery times:
Shipping with UPS within Germany: approx. 2-3 business days
Shipping via UPS outside of Germany (EU countries) takes approximately 3-7 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that your necklace will be custom-made. Returns or exchanges are therefore generally not possible. We are happy to advise you in detail beforehand and assist you in designing your dream piece of jewelry.

Our personalized necklaces are made to last a lifetime! They're true heirlooms. That's why they're crafted to the highest quality standards, 100% by master craftsmen in Germany.
Gold does not fade or tarnish. This means you can wear your jewelry around the clock and for any occasion.
Things we wear every day naturally show signs of wear and tear over time, especially if we wear them often and with pleasure. It's therefore worthwhile to clean your jewelry every now and then (conventional dish soap and warm water are sufficient) and treat it with care.

We are particularly proud to be one of only a few companies to offer you fair, traceable gemstones for your jewelry.
We source them from trusted partners in Germany who deliver the stones to us directly from mines in Madagascar, Sri Lanka or Brazil via a short, transparent supply route.
